    Description

For sale is my 1960 Cadillac Coupe. This is a running car, being sold as an easy project for someone. I am the 4th owner of this car from new. A friend bought it from the original owner, when we worked ass mechanics in a hot rod and classic car shop, together. The original owner drove it to the shop, to sell it. After my friend bought it, he drove it daily. The drivetrain is a GM performance crate engine (approximately 8,000 miles) (290 H.P. 350 V8), automatic overdrive transmission (700R4, corvette servo, 1-wire lock-up torque converter, and beast sun shell), working modern under dash a/c unit (that has been installed behind the dash and blows cold). Edelbrock air gap intake, Edelbrock 4-bbl carburetor w/electric choke, Edelbrock performer camshaft, with a new a/c compressor.
The car starts and runs beautifully. However, my ex-wife moved the car around with low transmission fluid. I believe there to be pump damage, in an otherwise new transmission. Due to a divorce, the car has been sitting outside under a tree for a little over a year. It has a lot of tree sap on it, but cleans up beautifully, for a nice cruiser. I am currently moving for work, and have decided to sell the car, as I have no place for it at my new home. Unfortunately, I cannot clean it up for the new buyer. So, it is being sold as it sits.
The floor pans are in poor condition. I have a complete set for the car (front to back), in the trunk. The front fenders are unbolted, front bumper removed, and lenses removed by previous owner. He was going to do a complete repaint, and lost interest. The front bumper was stolen, but I have located a number of them from a friend. I can help obtain one, if the new owner desires. I bought the car in it’s current state, and drove it prior to buying. I’ve owned it for quite a few years, and it’s time for someone else to finish and enjoy the car.
6-way power front seat from four door car, original interior could use some attention, or drive it like it is. Shaved door handles, with remote poppers, momentary switch to roll down driver’s window, in case of dead or lost fob. Power windows and locks. This is a Cadillac, after all.
Car has been painted flat black, and the paint is actually very good driver quality. The roof has been custom painted with blue metal-flake, with
ghost flames painted into the clear. It’s a beautiful job n the roof. Overall, the car has some scratches and flaws in the paint and body, but is still a real looker in its current state.
Running two door Cadillac’s this solid don't come around often. Make this one yours! Please, ask any and all questions before bidding. Please look a at all photos and the walk around video, then bid to win.
The car is located in St. Louis, Missouri. I am currently working and living out of state, but can assist with pick-up from my friends garage. Buyer is responsible for timely payment within 48 hours of purchase (contact me for acceptable forms of payment) (payment must clear, before car is picked-up). Buyer is responsible for subsequent pick-up of the car. I have shipped cars all over the world, and can assist the buyer in that endeavor. It’s actually quite easy, and relatively inexpensive. Especially, with gas prices the way they are.
I have included the best pics I can provide, from my location. The new owner will not be disappointed in this Cadillac project. You’ll be cruising in ultimate style, in a very short time.
*NOTE:If the walk around video is not available on your eBay platform, I am happy to send it to you directly in a message.
