How to Use:
HOW TO USE HEAT SHRINK CRIMP BUTT CONNECTORS?
1. Strip and Insert
① Select the terminal with right wire gauge for the wires;
② Strip 2 wires to about 8mm;
③ Twist and insert into splice barrel in the middle.
2. Crimp
① Crimp the middle side of the terminal;
② Crimping tool with gauge dots is better choice for this project.
3. Apply Heat
① Rotate the terminal while applying heat until it reduces in size and the adhesive flows, filling gaps within the connector;
② For better results, you’d better use a heat gun.
4. Seal & Done.
① Inspect your waterproof quality connection.
② Allow the terminal to cool down for use.
HOW TO USE SOLDER SEAL WIRE CONNECTORS?
1.Strip and Insert
① Strip wire insulation 1/3 inch on both wire ends.
② Slip the connector into one of the wires.
③ Twist the strands together.
2.Apply Heat
① Apply heat while continuously rotating the wire to make the connector evenly heated.
② For better results, you’d better use a heat gun.
