21f Yann Penn boat 1977

Description

1977 Penn Yann boat and trailer. Boat runs good has a Johnson 140 hp motor  new water pump just installed and 2 new batteries . I used it for fishing   the motor used to go up and down with the handle now it doesn't do down   it's turn on and runs good.msybe it's loose wire but I don't have time for it   It was in the water 2 weeks ago but I don't have time to use it right now   papers for both boat and trailer.
