Gibbs Brower International (GBI) is a seller of used converting, printing, and packaging equipment.
All machines sold "AS IS WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS, NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED". GBI expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. GBI shall have no other obligation or liability direct or indirect of any kind including liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages.  Machinery is used. We recommend a personal inspection of equipment. No warranties. Machinery quoted is located at Gibbs-Brower International's warehouse at 551 Broad Street, in Bristol, CT, 06801. Items have not been tested.
Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping, import, and handling costs. All machines are local pick-up. GBI can load items into or onto buyer's truck at no additional cost.
International shipments will require additional loading costs due over-seas container requirements, cost will be variable and based on size and weight of items.
GBI can obtain quotations to ship from GBI's warehouse to your plant, but buyer would pay shipper/trucker directly. Machinery is ex-works, we recommend using uship.com for quotations on partial and complete vans.
Before purchasing please read all terms and conditions. Once a machine is paid for, shipment must occur within 30 days of payment. Rent will be charged for storage on the 31st day and each day after.
Return Policy: No returns accepted. If you have a problem with your purchase please contact GBI. Buyers are highly encouraged to inspect equipment prior to purchase. GBI recommends inspections be made at our Bristol warehouse location, which is open M-F 8am-4pm. Please contact us via e-bay message to set up an appointment to see machines.
Item is sold once GBI receives payment in full, via PayPal. No items will be released for shipment until payment in full has cleared.
