This is a Disney pin from 2008. I
t is part of a limited edition run of 1000 pins.
It is the April pin from the 2008 Villain of the month series, and features Cruella De Vil on the front with the words "Devilish Dognapper", and then Cruella's henchmen on the inside.
This pin is new and is in excellent condition. It is from a collection which was kept inside of pin trading folders. There are no major imperfections on the front, back, or edges. Photos are of actual item.

Celebrate Disney villains old and new with this specially designed pin-of-the-month Villains series. Each hinged pin features a villainous phrase on the pin. The April pin features Cruella De Vil from Walt Disney's 101 Dalmatians who made her debut in 1961. The outside is a red paw print, with Cruella's frazzled head on it - it says "DEVILish Dognapper" in white lettering. Inside left says "101 Dalmatians 1961", and inside right shows Cruella's two henchmen, Horace and Jasper, holding flashlights.
