there are no tags but I never ended up using it
has 10 velcro fastening buttons starting at top going down and than its open area
sleeves have stationary matching buttons
side to side at pit is 25.5 inches not stretched
top of shoulder down front to bottom is 48 inches
will fold tight to fit in flat rate padded priority mailer
