M1 Garand Springfield Armory Early Narrow Base Gas Cylinder with Seal

Description

For sale is the pictured Springfield Armory narrow-base gas cylinder with early narrow sight and the sight screw cap seal still in place. Finish has long since gone with the wind on this one - including the sight itself - but still always great to have a gas cylinder with that seal still in place, especially if you want to correct a Garand way down to the tiny details. I have not gauged it myself but I acquired it from a trusted member of the Garand collecting community.
