HOW TO USE IT:
The Solder Sleeve is robust, simple and effective but does need to be assembled correctly. Because you only get one shot to install it. Please follow the instructions below.
-Select the right size of solder sleeve.
-Strip ends of wires to splice, make sure the wire ends are bright clean (corroded copper wire prior to assembly)
-Insert wires into the solder sleeve
-Join two ends of wire. Move the solder sleeve to cover the joint of wires exactly.
-Evenly heat the connector by heat gun, starting from one side and slowly moving to the other side, untill absolutely melted and fully recovered.
-Remove from heat gun and let it cool for a few seconds
-Inspection the connector to make sure it is shrunk and sealed enough and not overheated.
